Return & Exchange Policy

• Refunds are only accepted in the case of a defective item.

• Returns must be made while the courier is still present at delivery. Once accepted, returns will no longer be eligible.

• Exchanges are allowed within 4 days of receiving your order. Customers are responsible for all shipping fees related to the exchange.

•⁠ ⁠Pickup Option is available from our office. However, if the order is confirmed and not collected within 2 days, it will be automatically cancelled.
